Technical strength of the company: The company has 7 designers, 3 structural designers, 2 architectural designers, and 1 water and electricity designer, three of whom have worked in the design institute for more than 3 years. In the corresponding professional industry, the minimum working life of designers is five years, and the maximum working life has reached 13 years. The company’s production office has 2 steel structure deepening designer;

The Engineering Department of the company has three construction teams in China, with a total of 68 people, all mature construction teams with more than 6 years of construction experience and an average age of 32 years. Foreign projects have cooperated with qualified labor service companies. When selecting labor service companies, the company can only sign contracts with labor service companies after strict data review and on-the-spot investigation of past installation cases.

In the company’s steel structure manufacturing part, the production was entirely realized through electronic numerical control equipment in 2010. Through continuous development and introduction in recent years, it has a number of processing lines such as heavy steel structure, special-shaped steel structure, light steel structure, truss structure and C/Z sandalwood strip, realizing an annual output of 50,000 tons of the main structure;

Maintenance and production part of the company:

12 sets of color steel production equipment with different plate types, which are used to produce various plate types of color steel tiles, color steel wallboards, composite boards and maintenance auxiliary materials;

4 sets of equipment for the production of floor bearing plates: used to produce various plate types of floor bearing plates. At the same time, the company has fixed material purchasing manufacturers, fixed steel suppliers, fixed color steel coil suppliers, fixed glass silk floss, rock wool suppliers, fixed paint suppliers, fixed connector suppliers and labor protection supplies suppliers;

Since its establishment, the company cooperated with the design institute to greatly increase the depth of technology and broaden the development ideas. No matter in terms of design, processing and installation, the company is in the lead among its peers.

The company’s grid processing production line has been put into operation for two years, and the steel grid structure has been widely used in various industrial public building facilities such as large-span industrial plants, warehouses, large coal sheds, station houses, shopping malls, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, exhibition centers and high-speed railway station.
