Villas are divided into the following 5 types: single-family villa, terraced house, semi-detached villa, superimposed villa and air villa.

A terraced house has its own yard and garage. It consists of three or more unit houses, with a row of two to four floors connected together. Several units share an external wall, with a unified graphic design and an independent portal. A terraced house is one of the forms adopted by most economical villas.

＊townhouse
It is an extension of terraced house, between villas and apartments, and is composed of multi-storey villa-style duplex houses. Generally, it has four to seven floors, which are formed by superimposing villas with two to three floors per unit. Compared with a terraced house, this kind of bay has a richer independent surface shape, and at the same time, it overcomes the defect of narrow depth of terraced house to a certain extent.

＊Air villa
The air villa originated in the United States and is called “penthouse” or “air attic”. It originally refers to a luxurious house located at the top of the high-rise building in the center of the city. It is generally understood that it is a large duplex/loft residence or loft residence with villa shape built on the top of apartments or high-rise buildings. The product is required to meet the basic requirements of the whole villa landscape, with good geographical location, wide vision, transparency, etc.
